    Salami, Chicken, Cheese Salad.
    Chicken wings

    Drink = water, coffee, lemon tea.



    Team Goal >

    running machine - 30 mins
    sit-ups - 40
    weights - 110
    press ups - 20

    2 bites of celery.
    sausages.
    chicken, cheese salad.

    Drink = water, lemon tea, tea
