ATKINS DIET (Days 1,2,3)


Yes, my quest for body beautiful continues. i'm now back on the ATKINS DIET! the last time i did this was about 5 years ago. on that occasion it ended with me waking up extremely hungover, very low on vitamin C, and feeling like i was about to die. i couldn't speak! i was shaking! my mind had been barbecued. my mum helped me over to the fruit bowl where i spent the next hour devouring everything in sight. i vowed never to go back on Dr Atkins' grilling regime. well.. thinking about it..a stone lighter in just 2 weeks?..mmm..YEAH! GRILL ME ATKINS! so i stocked the fridge with chicken, bacon, cheese, spinach, and my favourite..mini party sausages! as i type i'm munching on crispy rashers of bacon out of a balti dishi. i suppose i'm still in the honeymoon period where i'm finding it all quite fun, no doubt i'll wake tomorrow with a snout and trotters. i don't want to make a song and dance about it but.. TEAM GOAL! is back too! work it! come on! FIGHT THE CARBS!

    Food =
    chicken thighs.
    grilled chicken, cheese, salad & spinach (with vinegar dressing). spoonfuls of peanut butter.
    mini sausages.

    Drink = water. tea (no milk)

    sausages, cheese, salad & spinach (vinegar dressing).
    spoonfuls of peanut butter.

    this is gonna get boring. oh well..no pain, no gain for b.o.b readers.

    Bacon.
    mini sausages.
    salmon steaks, salad & spinach (vinegar dressing).

    drink =
    water, tea (no milk)

    i do soo badly. i've just got back from sommerfield, i really wanted an orange.

    and about a million other things.
    instead i bought kippers, chicken legs and lemon tea.
