ATKINS DIET (Days 7 & 8)

    Food >

    burgers, grilled cheese, bacon, salad.
    mini sausages.
    roast chicken legs.
    spoonfuls of peanut butter.

    Drink = water, lemon tea.



    Team Goal >

    running machine - 60 mins
    sit-ups - 30
    weights - 110
    press ups - 20

    weight = 13 stone.

    Food >

    sausages, grilled cheese, bacon.
    BBQ sausages, burgers & KING PRAWNS!
    spoonfuls of peanut butter.

    Drink = water, pub water, 1/2 cup of tea (no milk)..cheers JN!, lemon tea.



    Team Goal >

    running machine - 30 mins
    sit-ups - 20
    weights - 0
    press ups - 0

    *football - 30 minutes thrashing about in the park.
