ATKINS DIET (Day 5)

    kippers.
    chicken legs.
    jumbo sausages.
    mini sausages.
    roast chicken legs.
    salad, spinach and cheese.
    spoonfuls of peanut butter.

    Drink = water, lemon tea.



    Team Goal >

    running machine - 0 mins (gonna do double tomorrow)
    sit-ups - 50
    weights - 120
    press ups - 20
