Back in February i opened my BREADED GOODS SHOP. On sale were T-shirts, paintings and prints (and for a short while valentines cards) all seen below. Went to the the shops for more nipple plasters. Got sent a new album which i've gotta design the artwork for, i'm thinking either plug holes or penny farthings. Received some exciting news, can't get too excited in case it doesn't happen, i'll spill the beans on the bread when it's properly toasted. I had a very sudden fruit craving, so i fixed myself a fruit smoothie. I've been told i maybe experiencing carb redraws since i re-booted FGRC. Spent the night going through & sorting EVERYTHING OLO Worms have ever done! I know now why bands dont bother with blogs, pics, art, vids, posters, cuttings, etc. While looking through my Mums xmas cards, one caught my eye as i thought it said 'from SATAN' i looked closer..it was only 'from STAN' no need to worry. Dreamt i was at the Bob Dylan gig where he went electric. Then i was in a horror film. David Beckham & someone else famous died. I've gotta try and do something for the last ever Big Brother series next year (i was reminded by the advert for the celeb on in Jan) hmmm..i will plan something. Carrie Vanilow & i have been talking about writing a song about the Sky Sports News girls. We hope to get on a bulletin next year. The Susan Boyle album arrived on my doorstep! Is ATP on every weekened? How do people afford them all the time? Aren't they like £200 a ticket? I've never been, its not fair. My Mum is my new boss. Santa drove down our drive!...and i filmed him. Had a nice family evening around the dinner table. The highlight was when Nas' 'NY State Of Mind' came on the random music selector. Notoutofplaceatall!! The Gorlkeepers (OLO side project) asked my Brother and i to record 30 secs of 'banter' for their gig (that we couldn't attend). I recorded myself singing with Rod Stewart and my Mum talking about the xmas turkey. Spent the day getting papped by my Brother & his girlfriend. Went out on a little road trip to see family members. My Brother stopped in the road to take a photo of the sunset, i ate Toblerone in the passenger seat. Went to the cinema to see 'Where The Wild Things Are' (I'll post up a little report later) and then onto Nando's after. I got double chicken wrap, chips, garlic bread. HOT!! The X-Factor final was the most boring X-Factor EVER!! Everything annoyed me! What's worse... Olly Murs or butterscotch angel delight? It's a tough choice, Simon loves them both. We gotta do it all over again tonight *groan*.

Woke up to the sun! The sun poking through my window, catching my face and heating it up, nice. I tell you what i really wanna know! When is the new Clipse album coming out!!? What's going on with it? Something's up i tell thee. OH JEEEZ!! 'Come Dine With Me' was sooooo painful tonight. There was a massive bust-up between two terrible terrible women. I wanted it to stop but i could'nt switch the TV off. Some guy served up a small bowl of fruit for dessert, that's not a pudding!?? Do u know what really scares me?? Brian Fortuna on 'Strictly Come Dancing'. what is he!!? Slimeball! Simon Cowell's head is even more box-like tonight. I do love flat-top-box-square-head, i love the way he refuses to sort that haircut out. I imagine every week the X-Factor stylists trying to do something with it but he won't have it. It's the final next week and i REALLY don't care who wins, i just want some drama, some ginuwine live drama, not the fake build-up before they sing. Stacey's "i just wanna give little Zac a good life" etc is soo tiresome.

Had a nice calm sunday morn. Listened to the Collings & Herring podcast with a glass of OJ and my fave cereal 'Honey Oats & more', you MUST try it, it's fabulous darling! Another sunny day in Bunto! Went Christmas shopping with my Nan which was quite good fun really. My Nan *shouting across JD Sports* > "NEED ANY SOCKS JAMES!!?". We managed to get through the crowds and pick up most of the things she needed, the most important of these things were my things of course, my Christmas presents! I got 2 lots of feet!! We (well...i didn't) bought a pair of silver running shoes with the Nike+ ipod gadget & some Converse. No-more-wet-feet-yeah! The best thing i saw while shopping was a 'Rottweilers 2010' calendar. For lunch i ate a MASSIVE carrot cake and pot of tea..yes i did eat the pot. Wore my new Christmas present (the running shoes) for FGRC run no.6. It was good to have a change of scene..i ran around Bengeo (up PORT HILL!! Bengeo boys know the pain!!). Caught the X-Factor results. I did enjoy Gaga singing in a big bath dressed as a bat then on the toilet pretending to be a cat, although disappointed Jedward didn't pop up out that bath tub. My Amazon.co.uk order is funny. Received an email with some MEGA news!! I am over the moon!..and into space...dressed in silver! Had a good play around with me new Nike+ running gadget and the website. It's exciting! For me, no one else of course..."HELLO READER!". I should have done this ages ago, still i've still got time to change my ways.

Made some very garish OLO artwork. Had a 'cowboy' dinner (as my mum put it) and went for 2 runs in one day! The second time i ran for milk. I ran to the co-op and ran back with a 4 pint jug of milk, it was comical. I'm running dangerously low on nipple plasters. My Nike+ running 'POWER SONG' (that u can have come on at any time) is Spank Rock 'Coke & Wet'. I am a fitness bore, sorry. Ahh bless the boy racers (esp this time of year). OMG they sacked Malcolm Tucker!!? Just watched the last 2 'Thick Of it's, superb as normal. That new Steve character is brilliantly awful. I think they bought him in at the right time, now everyone wants Malcolm back. I strangely feel really sorry for Malcolm, and a bit upset. They have got this perfect! Can't wait for the last one. Ate burgers tonight! I love Burgers!!!!.......An interesting blog i'm sure you'll agree.

Dreamt we sped up 1 of our new songs while we watched the world cup on a bed...that's for worms. 'Honey Oats & More' is my favourite cereal at the moment. I have decided because i love my new nipple plaster pot sooo much im gonna take it on next years OLO tour. Might give out nipples to fans. God, Mark Lawrenson looked awful on the football highlights, he looked like he'd just been dragged out of bed. Been wearing a pink t-shirt and bad stubble, i am a bum too. Solange Knowles is my new favourite celebrity, you really need to hear her amazing Dirty Projectors cover (below). I've lost 2 lbs in 2 days. After a tip from Twocsinak i'm gonna rent out the film 'David Holzman's Diary' pronto! He's says it's like my life.

We confirmed the 1st Carrie Vanilow gig! Sat Feb 13th. Keep that date free or i'll be your date the following day! THAT'S A THREAT!! I'll post up more details in 2010.

Ate tasty club sandwiches at a fancy restaurant with my Dad, Grandad & Aunt, had a lovely time. Laughed at today's Daily Express (front page!!!?) headline - 'CHRISTMAS TV IS 600 HOURS OF REPEATS'..the outrage!!!!!!! Been cooking sausages whilst juggling the running. "Hello, is that Don Luis Lopez?". Steve Mason and i twittered about hoovers.

Gorlkeepers (OLO side project feat. ML & GJ) are playing @ The Lanes (bowling alley) Bristol - Sat Dec 12th (about 6/7ish?).

This has been the best year for music since 1999 or 2003 in my opinion. Very much enjoyed John Lydon on Culture Show, i could listen to him talk forever. Tuned in for one of the last ever 'Special Half Hour's, it was an honour and privilege Richard - i will miss SHH sooo much! Watched 'Jeremy Kyle Confronts Knife Crime' in which Jeremy Kyle confronted a few naughty teenagers, acted all tough then and got a bit scared and ran off. Cleaned the house drains, GLAMOUR! Got sent a 3D xmas card from Japan! Genki hey!!

Sat down to watch the World Cup draw..well i thought i was, i turned on the TV and Jasper Carrott was doing the world cup draw!!!??...oooops! wrong channel, its 'Golden Balls'. 'Golden Balls' is soo confusing!?? whats going on!? STOP TALKING!! Back to the real draw..Charlize Theron!? Acting all funny. What was she doing? Was it dumb or fake dumb? GET IT ON WITH IT!!! Why the hell didn't they get Paul Gambaccini to commentate on it!!!? It would be sooo much more fun. Shame Alan wasn't in charge of the draw too. Good draw for us English failures, let's get carried away all over again!

To bleed or not to bleed, that is the 3mm design question..OLO design work probelms. Got an amazing offer! Something i've always wanted to do. I Won't say anything unless i jinx it. Felt a bit glum that i missed last night's Ariel Pink, SJ Esau, Bass Clef gig AND Jamie's karaoke party. Listened back to recordings of last weeks OLO session and the new song 'Disney' - its DARK and gives me the creeps. LOVE it.

Took my Nan shopping! Ha! I'm such a good boy. We went to the massive Sainsburys in Hoddesdon and had the time of our lives! She bought a teacup, i bought sweet chilli baked beans. Boxing day!! Found a peanut in my pocket, penny crayon. I went to my Mum's allotment to dig up some LEEKS for dinner. Ha! yes this really did happen..like in 'The Good Life'. I am a top leek thief! Half moon was watching me..moon moon moon was my only witness! Was that a line in a song? It should be! I'll make that song then, the leek song. Was quite tired from the big leek dig so could'nt manage to do much more. How does Tony Robinson do it? I used the leeks in my big soup i cooked for the old folk. Leek, potato & bacon soup. A last crucial minute addition of garden peas really shook things up and gave it an edge, ha! Fantastic stuff! Soup! HELL YEAH!

We got the mastered songs back which sound great! Thanks Rueban! Rueben or Rueban? He's a Fence Collective man i'm pretty sure. I've seen him kicking around with James Yorkston outside the Co-Op throwing stones at Coke cans and swearing at old ladies.

Watched 'School Of Saatchi' on TV, terrible. Reminded me of being at Uni doing fine art. Really made me feel ill. It needed to be MORE like X-factor in my opinion. It was neither clever or dumb, it sat right in the middle. Watched my 1st 'I'm a Celebrity' of the series on ITV2. They were trying to have a serious discussion about Jordan's exit. we really needed Paxman in the jungle!

Zac Efron is made completely out of clay and melted down chess pieces..FACT! I'm sick of everyone going on about his chess face. I painted a swamp, not every day you do that is it? The previous night i dreamt Eminem died and i slept in his bed. Downloaded the new Animal Collective EP which is AWESOME! 'What Would I Want Sky' might just sneak in my top songs of the year (yes i'm thinking of my lists already). In fact i had a really great day of colourful music! (see list below). I even managed to listen to two albums called 'Gorilla' well, slightly different spellings. Who likes their record covers messy? Ours will be! Just spent the day cutting and glueing and moving things on photoshop. Used every flag in the world, i could'nt let any country down..although there is no English flag. Went a little mad and forgot to eat dinner.
