MAN'S NAME IS LEGION

SAFETYWORD'S debut album 'Man's Name Is Legion' is out now!! and its unbelievable! it's everything i expected and more. go visit the link above and buy it!

to celebrate the launch of the album they performed the whole thing live at the Cube Cinema at the weekend. the night couldn't have gone any better, Safetyword were on top form and seemed well chuffed with it all. Mike Seed and Freeze Puppy were great too. the OLO Radio team pitched in with some fizzy pop records inbetween acts. one of my favourite nights of the year i think. how can Safetyword top it?

LIFE ON MARS?

COPS WAIT FOR CHIPS

NO TV TODAY (Delifinger & Jimtendo)

Once upon a time Delifinger & Jimtendo made a load of really stupid videos of themselves doing really odd things for some wierd reason? Delifinger uploaded them for the world to laugh at. strange lads.

GIGS LAST WEEK

Last week i saw Good Shoes, Xerox Teens, Rose Kemp, You & The Atom Bomb, & SJ Esau. reviews? erm..well..i really hate writing reviews. ok, very quickly then..

Xerox Teens - The Fall mixed with Jesus & Mary Chain (too young to know it).
Rose Kemp - powerful!
You & The Atom Bomb - Toe Tappin' Thigh Slappin' fun.
SJ Esau - Ramshackle Brilliance.
Good Shoes - i went on my own as no one belives they're anything more than a run-of-the-mill indie band. WRONG! although i did feel like i was addending an NME fashion shoot. i was the oldest person there! young scenesters everywhere! the only people older than me were the parents of the under 14s. they were so funny! when the moshing kicked off they got all protective and formed a human wall to save their children from the sweaty, spotty grease balls. Good Shoes were good, very good. hopefully the kids will get bored and move on.

FOR SALE

Stalker In The Berry Bush

I know i've posted this before, but this painting has now been put on sale at the Here Shop (Bristol). want it? ha! didn't think so. they have hung it really low in the corner at a wonky angle. best place for it, it's a horrible peice of work. this stalker needs to be locked up.
