NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
It was a white christmas eve in Hertford Town. "let's get sauced!!" i overheard one coked-up toff shout down the phone to his mate. the town was teeming with these most unsavoury characters. so desperate were they to fill their faces with the magic christmas powder, they couldn't even wait for the cubicle..they were snorting off the stairs. we ended up in a pub which had employed the worst dj's i'd ever heard (discounting the Olo Radio team). "re..re..rewind, when the crowd say bo selecta!!" with Craig David all over our back we left as the clock struck 12. boing! here i am getting in raiding the sausage roll tin..

Well..im nearly full. in too much of a rush to post all my xmas guff now (off out for another xmas tipple). i'll be back over the next few days with loads of fun! depends what you find fun i suppose.
WATCH ME WRECK THA MIC..PSYCHE!!
Thursday afternoon. I was happy. sat in a park, eating a cheese and onion pasty after having just finished christmas shopping. a man wandered up with a mic and asked if i'd like to be recorded talking about music for GWR (Bristol Radio). yes! an Olo plug i thought to myself. we went and sat on a wall for some reason? it went a bit like this..
GWR: So, what kind of music are you into?
BB: erm.. *pause for about 20 seconds, then switched to my best radio dj voice* have you heard of Olo Radio? well..its a brilliant online radio station. you can tune in by going to www.oloworms.co.uk *rambled on for a minute about the greatness of Olo Radio*.
GWR: Oh ok.
BB: yes *akward silence*
GWR: so, is it your station?
BB: there are loads of us.
GWR: what music have you liked this year?
BB: *i rattled off a list of some of my fave albums this year..i bored myself so i stopped*
GWR: *confused* what about the other big bands of this year? keane, arctic monkeys, & kaiser chiefs?
BB: not bothered really.
GWR: *looked insulted* but WHAT ABOUT RAZORLITE!!?
BB: hate them! Johnny Borrell thinks he's jesus and wears pajamas.
GWR: at GWR we play popular music, whats your opinion on the music in the charts? anything interest you this year?
BB: the Take That come back was well timed. *sensing this chap did'nt have a clue about anything*.. erm..have you heard of Brian Harvey? he's really good.
GWR: what does he do? what does he sound like?
BB: he wears a big hat high high on his little head. he ran over himself while eating a potato.
GWR: *looked scared..thinking to himself..i'm getting outta here..end interview..END INTERVIEW!*
ok, so it was nice talking to you. i think we have everything we did.
BB: will i be on the radio?
GWR: maybe. maybe a soundbyte inbetween adverts.
HOMEBOY
I'm back in my home county..Hertfordshire. it's like living in a hotel, great service from family. food everywhere! oh, and the heating works. yesterday i nearly ran over a christmas squirrel who was out christmas shopping. he dropped his bags..nuts everywhere! then i walked my dog round the park, he got bitten by a bigger dog. i skipped home. looking forward to turkey day tomorrow, hope i get new socks. off out drinking tonight with old mates and no doubt i'll bump into some people i'd rather not.
