OLO RADIO PLAY - 19th MAY 2010
Marc Riley played 'Back From England' on BBC 6Music again last night. Just before he played the E.T theme tune for us as our requested 'traffic island disc'. It starts at 1hr 54mins.

OLO RADIO PLAY - 3rd APRIL 2010
'Back From England' got another radio play on Saturday. This time on the BBC Bristol show. You can listen again on the iplayer HERE. It's 26mins into the show.
OLO WORMS IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS!!
BONG!! THIS IS THE NEWS!! We have quit music and have moved into politics & banking (according to the Evening Post website below 'Bristol bank' !??).
This is pretty crazy. I don't really know what to say? errmmm..probably the most insane thing thats ever happened in my life! Our music and my rambling chat was broadcast into THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT!!!???!!?? The MPs were having some kinda debate about the BBC/6music and were all listening to us in there from 7-8pm. we didnt know bout this til after. shame they didnt hear 'Barber Shop'. I got interviewed on the phone and quoted (below).

OLO WORMS - BBC 6MUSIC LIVE SESSION
Yep!! We were on live radio! We performed live for Marc Riley on 6Music. We played 4 songs (1 of which was saved for Gideon Coe's show later). We had a little chat too. It was weird, but we loved it. Marc is a top guy. Bit strange meeting him having grown up listening to him.

OLO WORMS 'WHACKED BY PILLOW' - LIVE IN A BBC CARAVAN
The video of us playing an acoustic version of a new song 'Whacked By Pillow' (or 'Smacked By A Pillow' as they originally labelled it - see photo below) in a BBC caravan at the Fence Homegame Festival can been seen now on the BBC Scotland site HERE. The day Silver Columns got rumbled by Pitchfork. They used my 'Space Boys' image (above) for the news story. The NME also used the picture for their story. Also, my original pencil Silver Columns i put together have been posted on Nialler9 blog with news about the new single.

HOMEGAME LINE-UP LEAKED
Yep! We can confirm we are playing again at this year's Fence Homegame! Our 4th Homegame! (3rd year of playing). The Pictish Trail blabbed the line-up to The List, read about it HERE.
TOXIC WAIST BAND TOUR - COLLAGES
"Men who look like they only took Pritt stick, some old technology and a Red Dwarf DVD box set with them on their travels" ..was how Platform.com described us yesterday when they posted our collages (below). Before the tour they had asked us to document it with photos or a written diary for their website. We thought we'd mash all our photos together so HJ made some 'orrible collages (using only the tour photos) as you will see below. They also asked us to introduce the results, which we did.
