I think today is the first day in weeks I've not eaten any chocolate. I've turned a corner. Bread is the next food to cut down. I ate 5 slices of toast with my beans today, that's a record, that's plain greedy. I'm still really shocked about the Rooney news. Felt really sorry for Fergie during the press conference. He seemed beaten. Think this could be the beginning of the end for fergie. What's going on in rooney's head?
