FGRC - ANNOUCEMENT
It looks like i have Shin Splints. I have most of the symptoms. The online Doc and more importantly Artie Byrd have told me to stop running and rest the leg. For the last few weeks i've been trying to run through it but i cant anymore, its just too painful. I really don't want to but i'm gonna stop the running til it's better. I am however going to carry on with the 100 day challenge. I'm going to do 30mins of exercise a day. We'll be getting an exercise bike soon so i'll be combining that with weights, sit-ups, press-ups, etc. Hopefully it won't be too long a wait til i run again. Just so you know. This is NOT a fail. Tell 'em Artie!

SILVER COLUMNS DESIGN IN GUARDIAN
A picture i made for the new band Silver Columns was printed in Saturday's (9th Jan) Guardian newspaper! I was on the radio and in print in the same week! TV? I'd like to go on ITV's 'Take Me Out' if possible please. It was also posted on the Guardian blog HERE. If you remember i have designed their website HERE and put together some youtube videos for them HERE.

Dear Diary,
Pretty pretty good start to the year..or decade if you like! 3 radio plays in a week! We're glowing.
We've got a few people currently working on 'Back From England' remixes which hopefully will emerge soon-ish.
We are looking forward to the new TV show we're gonna make. It's called "Ol' Boozey".
Think 'Last Of The Summer Wine' meets 'Postman Pat' meets 'Keeping Up Appearances' - a sure fire HIT! JH will play the lead role.
Practice sessions are going well. We have constructed a new setlist. SPHINX RETURNS!!
Our vinyl arrived safe! Having it our hands feels rather special.
MH recently made a grimey dusty beat called 'K9' - It's amazing!
We've saved the best news til last. JH spoke to Lard (Marc Riley) the other day and has confirmed a 6 Music live radio session in March! ..Mustn't grumble (sorry we couldn't resist).

3RD OLO RADIO PLAY
Marc Riley played 'Back From England' AGAIN last night on his 6 Music show. He's a good man. We sat along side T.Rex, Field Music, John Cooper Clarke, Talking Heads and the BIG O! We are all over the BBC iplayer like Dot Cotton!!You can listen again on the BBC iPlayer (40mins into the show). It's up til next Weds (20th).

OLO WORMS ON RADIO 1!!
Woooooah!! We got played on Radio 1! 6.30am on the Rob Da Bank show. Odd. Only another half an hour and we'd have been on daytime radio..imagine that! Pah ha ha! I Liked the way we got a bit of radio chat over it too...FM RADIO RULES! As you can see from the tracklist we were on the same show as Jay-Z, Hot Chip, Pixies, Julie Andrews & the 'Apocalypse Now' theme. I think u can see the link between us all.You can listen again on the BBC iPlayer. Check us out on Radio 1 - 1hr 29mins into the show. It's up til Saturday (16th) morning.
