It looks like i have
Shin Splints. I have most of the symptoms. The online Doc and more importantly
Artie Byrd have told me to stop running and rest the leg. For the last few weeks i've been trying to run through it but i cant anymore, its just too painful. I really don't want to but i'm gonna stop the running til it's better. I am however going to carry on with the
100 day challenge. I'm going to do 30mins of exercise a day. We'll be getting an exercise bike soon so i'll be combining that with weights, sit-ups, press-ups, etc. Hopefully it won't be too long a wait til i run again. Just so you know. This is NOT a fail. Tell 'em Artie!
