The year is 2068..no it's not, that's not important. we are guests on board Noel Edmond's spaceship. Noel picks up the phone, stares out into space and wonders who's voice it is that's speaking to him. later we attend Noel's house (music) party, dress code is flowered shirts..tucked in tight.

Minutes before the cab arrived i pocketed a few random items from my 'bits n' bobs' box. what can you do in a club with a ball of string, super glue, and a reel of tape? hmm..the super-glued hand to the pint pranks did'nt quite work but the dancefloor was under my spell..i tied and taped them all up. great fun was had by me.
round round.
fishing.
aarghhh! i'm tied to a model!
cut my lip, delifinger doesn't care one bit.
anonymous girl doesn't want to be photographed with Trotters Bumbleton.
yeah!
get me out.
before the step challenge.
i'd just recieved a WWF style leg drop.
finally back at the ranch, smashing up the flat with a tree branch. i destroyed one of our voodoo runners.

God knows what i was trying to pen here..
last night: i found a pound in a toilet, i tried chatting up a russian girl, i insulted a friend by suggesting his new girlfriend was overweight.
today: it has been one of the best day's ever! i only just sobered up at 4pm. i ate 2 mini pizza's and muffins, played loud music, bought nuts and heat magazines for my housemate (actually that was embarrasing..the cover reads '200 girls kissing!' why 200?). got a sticker (see above) from an old man in the street, i gave him half of the toilet pound..is that good or bad?

SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE (Day 5)

It's day 5 at the School Of Excellence..so far, mixed results. so what is the School Of Excellence? some say it's another thing i've created to put off starting a real life and another club made up to make myself sound more interesting than i really am. no!! it's a plan (well i say that..at the moment there is no plan, or more importantly no logo!)..ok, it's a mindset..a way for me to stop wasting time, eating crap and to tricking my naturally lazy mind into getting fit, healthy and pro-active. go mr motivator!! some of you may think this is exactly the same as Team Goal (my fitness club) well no. as my flatmate excitedly told me over a bag of chips.."Team Goal is like one of the pillars of SOE". he's right! the other pillars? erm..how many do you need? maybe one is Ambition, and erm..oh i don't know! the other pillars are just made of concrete. although the first few days havn't been the most productive (teacher was ill, substitute teacher missed the bus, then the dinner ladies went on strike) i'm confident SOE will stear me in the right direction and i WILL achieve my goals in life! ok so i have watched 3 out of 4 of this week's 'Deal Or No Deal' shows..something i vowed to quit when i signed up for SOE..and i suppose i did eat that packet of jelly goo chews..not altogether my fault, my japanese friend insists on sending sweet packages every few months (i don't even like goo!). anyway aside from a few set backs it's started fairly well. i've completed 30mins every day on my cross-trainer, done my weights, press ups, and sit ups. drunk loads of water, not drunk any booze (minus 5 hours til stella time) and ate very well. there is one area where i'm excelling..teeth cleaning! i was fed up with my yellowee teeth so i'm brushing them every time i go to the toilet. it's working a treat! and because i'm drinking soo much water, i'm brushing constantly through the day..and with a minty mouth you never really feel like eating..bingo!! join SOE today and improve your life.

Forget your Barry Norman's, or Mark Kermode's..my Nan Peggy Arbon is the only film critic you should listen to..
i love the bit near the end where my Grandad says "it was quite good" after having spend the 3 minutes before crumbling* about how terrible it was.
* i meant grumbling. i can still taste the apple crumble i had for pudding.

HOT CHIP LIVE (9th OCT)

Went and saw Hot Chip again the other night. it was a great night apart from the fact i had a unbreakable wall of really FAT women (erm women..maybe that's not the name for them) stood right infront of me. Hot Chip gigs are hot sweaty affairs, i did'nt even attempt to climb the wall of fat to get any closer. new songs sound great, especially 'Shake A Fist' which i think is up there with their best. dissapointed in that i've still not seen live outings for 'Down With Prince' or 'Playboy'. loads of posh freshers who were only there to wave their dayglo rags to 'Over And Over'..the NME's really gotta stop with these scenes they keep inventing, they really P me off!
thanks to Famous Rob for the photo.
