No big fun fair this time, i'm just gonna get on with it. i've already been sweating buckets of fat in my little DIY gym (photo above). for anyone that doesn't know about Team Goal, very briefly..it began as a joke get-fit team (i was the only member). i started it back in the summer of 2003. turns out it was no joke, it worked, i lost two and half stone! during the past 3 years i've been yo-yo-ing like vanessa feltz, spending half the time working out on the Team Goal plan and the other half scoffing lard with the Fat Arse Dance Troupe (one of my other clubs). i'm not happy in the middle. let the 4th term last a lifetime!
