I'd like to make it clear when i say best i mean favourite..remember that for all future awards handed out (i'll remind you i'm sure).

I better own up and say that i've hardly watched any films released this year. This is pretty embarrasing, calling myself a fan of the film as i do and especially embarrasing as for the last 3 months i've been working in a cinema. The reason for not seeing many films is the old "i ain't got nah money" excuse which is true but..i should (and will next year) make more of an effort to reduce the money spent on ice cream and put it to better use in the cinema/video shop (video!?? can we call them dvd shops now?).

Eden Lake, The Diving Bell & The Butterfly, Be Kind Rewind, Son Of Rambow, Hunger, The Children, Of Time & The City, Donkey Punch, Lakeview Terrace, Teeth, Hellboy 2, Man On Wire, Tropic Thunder, Burn After Reading, What Just Happened, Slumdog Millionaire, W, Juno, The Cottage.
