sausages, grilled cheese, bacon.
mini sausages.
steak and green beans.
spoonfuls of peanut butter.

Drink = water, lemon tea.



Team Goal >

running machine - 30 mins
sit-ups - 30
weights - 120
press ups - 20

oh. gonna cut down on the grilled cheese.
